What Is the Emotion Code®?

The Emotion Code® is an energy healing technique that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the body.
These trapped emotions — often from past trauma, stress, or inherited patterns — can cause emotional imbalances, physical symptoms, and limit your ability to fully thrive.

By using muscle testing and intuitive guidance, we gently bring these hidden blockages to light and allow the body to release them — safely, naturally, and often instantly.

What Is a Heart-Wall®?

Imagine your heart as the energetic center of your being — the place where love, intuition, connection, and inner peace flow from.
But when we experience emotional pain, grief, betrayal, or trauma, the subconscious mind may build a protective “wall” around the heart made of trapped emotional energy.

This is what we call the Heart-Wall — a powerful energetic shield that’s meant to protect, but over time, can limit your ability to give and receive love, feel deeply connected, or move forward in life.

 How a Session Works?

Sessions are intuitive, gentle, and fully guided — and can be done in person or remotely (with equal or greater effectiveness).
We use muscle testing and focused intention to identify what your body is ready to release. You may experience emotional release, lightness, clarity, or deep relaxation..

Each session is unique, and your system leads the process — we simply follow its wisdom.

Each session includes:

• 1:1 healing session (30–60 minutes)
• Optional integration guidance
• Email summary and notes from the session
• Support for questions post-session
